Completed in November 2021
Modern House is a masterpiece of design with over 11,763 sf of living space and an open great room with 23 ft. ceiling. Three-floors with 9 bedrooms, 12 bathrooms, 3 kitchens and a 1,500-square-foot rooftop deck with an 8-person Jacuzzi and outdoor summer kitchen. Bali House
Completed in October 2023
This Balinese inspired estate home features a total of 7,073 sf, 7 bedrooms and 7.5 bathrooms. The 2-story main house has 5 bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms and a separate poolside cottage has 2 bedrooms, ensuite bathrooms, a kitchen and living room. Amenities include a gazebo with summer kitchen, heated pool, sundeck, and covered carport.
