Project update

The land for the development was acquired in 2021, followed by securing all preliminary government approvals in The Bahamas. Since then, the project has achieved significant milestones, including approvals for environmental compliance, public works, and water and sewer systems.

Site preparation began in October 2024, marking an exciting step forward. The development is planned in phases over a five-year period, with the addition of 15 cottages annually alongside various amenities. As part of our commitment to sustainable development, we have already purchased and are cultivating over 2,000 trees, which will be incorporated into the different construction phases to enhance the natural landscape of the property.

We remain on track to open Bel Air Bahamas during the first quarter of 2026, and we look forward to sharing further updates as the project progresses.
