About our Bel Air Bahamas sites
Bel Air Bahamas encompasses two distinct lots: the Bluff property, spanning 50 acres, and the beach at Gaulding Cay, a picturesque 7-acre parcel located just a 5-minute drive north of the Bluff property. The Bluff property features a gently sloped terrain, offering breathtaking westward views of the Caribbean Sea. Visitors are greeted by a constant, refreshing breeze that enhances the serene ambiance. This property is thoughtfully divided into two equal portions: 25 acres dedicated to the resort and 25 acres allocated for a residential community, ensuring a harmonious blend of leisure and living spaces.
Our Lodging
Bel Air Bahamas is a private and exclusive luxury resort that offers an intimate escape like no other. Our expansive 900-square-foot Balinese-inspired cottages are thoughtfully designed to blend simplicity, spaciousness, and elegance. We positioned our cottages in the best possible way to provide views and privacy.
Culinary experiences
Our spacious oceanfront restaurant, elegantly furnished with exquisite Asian décor, is nestled amidst lush tropical landscaping and located beside a stunning infinity pool. Guests are invited to indulge in an unforgettable culinary journey, featuring an eclectic menu that blends the flavors of Asian, Japanese, Bahamian, and Mediterranean cuisines, all crafted to perfection.
Our bars will offer a curated selection of cocktails and beverages, available throughout the day and into the evening. It will be the perfect spot to unwind, enjoy a refreshing drink, and take in the picturesque surroundings.
We have created a lush orchard on the property, dedicated to offering our guests the freshest tropical fruits. Our carefully planted trees include bananas, mangoes, avocados, lychees, pomegranates, and a variety of other local fruits.
Activities at the resort
Active guests will enjoy playing Tennis or Pickleball to complement activities being offered at the Wellness Shrine with its spa and fitness center. Guests will also be able to take advantage of our dock to take a dive in the welcoming turquoise waters of the Caribbean side of the Ocean. This is also the perfect spot to explore the bottom of the cliff with snorkeling equipment. Most of our water activities are being held at the Beach Club, paddle board, kayak, windsurf and more.
The Beach Club at Gaulding Cay
Nestled on the Caribbean side of the island, just a short 3-minute ride from the main resort. Conveniently, Asian Tuk Tuks will be available throughout the day to transport both guests and residents between the Resort and the Beach Club.
Set on a sprawling 7-acre beachfront property, the Beach Club boasts a stunning stretch of white sand, gently lapped by the calm, turquoise waters of the Caribbean. Gaulding Cay is undoubtedly one of the most beautiful and secluded beaches in Eleuthera, offering a serene, private, and almost deserted atmosphere. It’s the perfect spot for those looking to relax and disconnect in a peaceful tropical setting.
The Beach Bar
The Beach Club features a laid-back bar offering refreshing beverages and light meals, accompanied by comfortable seating where guests can unwind. This is also the hub for a variety of water activities, making it the ideal place to enjoy both relaxation and adventure.
This side of the island is naturally sheltered, with calm, flat translucent waters that remain safe and tranquil almost year-round.
Pool Area at the Resort
Nestled in a prime location, the pool deck offers unparalleled views of the mesmerizing turquoise waters of the Caribbean Sea.
