About Us

Founded by Eric Harari in 1999 under the name MiamiHabitat Group, the company was very active in the Miami market, specializing in the renovation of luxury homes and the development of iconic boutique buildings, such as the Absolut South Beach Lofts. Miami Habitat also pioneered the city’s vacation rental market, becoming the market leader until 2015.

Following its success in Miami, the group shifted its focus to other strategic markets, including Harbour Island in The Bahamas and Mont Tremblant in Quebec. The company developed the Belair Tremblant resort and residences, along with a collection of ultra-luxurious vacation rentals in The Bahamas.

In recent years, the company has entered an acquisition phase, securing large plots of land in Eleuthera and Asheville, North Carolina, as part of its strategic expansion into key markets.
